I’ve been regularly attending for the past 4 months. Krisian creates a very positive, safe and friendly environment!! I am having a lot of fun and learning a lot. It’s amazing seeing progress every week. These classes really boosted my confidence, I feel empowered as a woman and I highly recommend them to everyone. Krisian is very attentive towards all the students and I’ve never felt left behind or rushed. His classes helped me a lot with my mental wellbeing along my physical one. Krisian is trying to build a community and I found a lovely group of new friends!!
I’ve been coming to these self defense classes for a few weeks and they’ve definitely surpassed my expectations!! Krish is incredibly attentive not only to making the classes dynamic for all levels and teaching us a range of skills and techniques, but is also super supportive of each and every one of us, constantly guiding us improve and achieve our highest potential. I would definitely recommend these classes to anyone interested in self-defense or learning new martial arts skills!
