Introducing our new 1-Hour Classes!
Join us for our Women’s Defence class, a dynamic 1-hour seminar designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of self-defence through striking and grappling techniques. This class is an introduction to the essentials of using punches, kicks, elbows, and knees to protect yourself in real-life situations. We’ll also take you through relevant scenarios, such as how to escape a headlock, or a wrist grab.
In this class, you’ll learn how to:
- Identify and avoid risky situations, including how to navigate the surrounding space if attacked

Properly execute strikes for maximum impact

Build strength, coordination, and speed through situation-based drills

Maintain and control your personal space from an attacker
Led by Krisian – a martial arts instructor with over 20 years of training experience, this class offers a safe, supportive environment for you to get hands-on training in self-defence. No previous experience is required – just bring your energy and a willingness to learn.
