Introducing our new 1-Hour Classes!
Join us for our Flexibility and Mobility Seminar, a focused 1-hour session that will give you the tools to achieve the middle splits and improve your hip mobility. We’ll go through targeted flexibility drills, isolating individual muscles in the hips and legs that will help you identify and train the weak links in your body. Finally, we’ll perform martial arts-relevant mobility exercises that will strengthen your hips and sides to enhance your kicks!
In this class, you’ll learn:
- Targeted flexibility drills to help you achieve the middle splits

Hip mobility drills to improve your kicking range and precision

Build hip strength and leg speed through isolation exercises
Led by Krisian – a martial arts instructor with over 20 years of training experience, this class offers a safe, supportive environment for you to get hands-on training in self-defence. No previous experience is required – just bring your energy and a willingness to learn.
